Bhoomi’s new album ‘Desh Jurrey' launched
Sept 14: Bhoomi’s second offering with Universal Music India ‘DESH JURREY’ was launched by Hon. Chief Minister of West Bengal Mamata Banerjee on 12th September 2011. BHOOMI explores musical realms beyond Bengal this time with one unique concept – ‘Regional Folk Music Flavour across the nation’.
DESH JURREY (One Nation) aims to capture the vivid folk/ traditional music across India. Sung in signature BHOOMI style that exudes playful energy and fun, the listeners will experience Bangla lyrics to traditional Marathi, Punjabi, Gujarati, Rajasthani, and various other folk songs across the country. Hence every Indian in any part of the world will truly enjoy it.
