Le Chakka (Bengali: লে ছ্ক্কা; English: Take a Sixer) is a 2010 Bengali-language sports comedy film written by Padmanava Dasgupta anddirected by Raj Chakraborty. The film stars Dev and Payal Sarkar as the lead pair of the film along with the talented bunch of Kharaj Mukherjee, Ritwick Chakraborty, Biswajit Chakraborty, Dipankar Dey, Laboni Sarkar, Biswanath Bose, Debjani Chattopadhyay andPadmanava Dasgupta himself to name a few.The film's score and soundtrack were composed by Indradeep Dasgupta.
The film, based on street cricket played in India and focussing on various themes as friendship, love and Ghoti-Bangal rivalry in Kolkata, released on 10 June 2010 and went on to become one of the biggest blockbusters of the year. The success of the film established Raj Chakraborty as a very popular and a household name in Tollywood.
